I can’t say enough about the compassion and dedication he showed while helping my mother, who has vascular dementia. From the beginning, he worked tirelessly to help us find the right community, coordinating meetings with several facilities and making a difficult process much easier. He also went above and beyond by helping with tasks I didn’t have time to do, like mounting my mom’s TV, and he regularly checked in on her to make sure she was doing okay. His kindness, patience, and genuine care made a tremendous difference for our family. It was clear that he truly cared about her well-being, and that meant more to us than words can express. When another assisted living facility fell through for placing my mom, I started scrolling through Yelp out of desperation to quickly find a new facility. I found Vincent,  immediately sent him a text, and he replied within minutes. I told him my situation and within hours he schedule a tour of a facility in Montclair that would take welcome my mom at their assisted living community. Vince was great! He went above and beyond. He responded to messages at 11 pm. He helped find a gem of a board and care for my aunt. However, he didn't stop at finding the locations, he also toured the locations with me, asked helpful questions and pointed out the things that made each board and care unique. After helping to secure a location for my aunt he followed up with finding resources like a primary care physician, physical therapy and in home memory care for my aunt who was relocating to the area. This was a great experience. I was in desperate need of placing my mother in a new facility due to financial hardship. Vincent was not only knowledgeable but also gracious and reassuring that he would find us a place. He did not express any preconceived judgments about my situation, where others might have assumed I wasn't doing a good enough job taking care of my mom. This non-judgmental approach alone gave me great relief and peace of mind. Notwithstanding, Vincent found us a place in just a couple of days that was far better than I expected. We had such an amazing experience with Vince. He took into account my mom's health and personal needs to find her the perfect place. He was so responsive (on a Sunday!) and knowing we were under a fast-approaching deadline, worked quickly to find places for us to tour. Vince was a lifesaver.  I live in another state and needed help moving my father into a memory care facility.  Vince was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and very organized, making the process significantly less stressful.  Additionally, he knows everyone in the area so provided great referrals to other professionals that I needed as part of the journey.
